As expect, Nokia 5700 finally out this late March, which is new Xpressmusic that combine the design from Nokia 5300 and Nokia 3250. It is operate on new symbian, version Symbian OS v9.2, S60 rel. 3.1 that integrate with new interface on Nokia smartphone. it is also equipped with 3G, to get more connection beside music function.

It is still with 2 MP camera but more advance that those Nokia 325 and Nokia 5300 since it has flash. It is also has a clear screan when it is has 16 million colour make all pictures and video are really bright in Nokia 5700 scree. To snap a pictures, it is need to twist the bottom of the phone ake me remind the style of Nokia 3250.

But camera not a focus on thisphone but the music function that was fully improved than that both Nokia 3250 and Nokia 5300 when it is music payer come with album art like on N91 did. Utilize by Windows media Player, it is also equipped with 5 band equalizer and audio visualiztion. While the Nokia 5700 support 2GB memory card (MicroSD) size, it is easy to save more multimedia and gallery in the phone. I like Xpressmusic cause of thier design look sporty look and most suitable to youth. Especially the new Nokia 5700 design that cuold be better than those Nokia 3250 when it is more lighter and more small and look comfortable in hand. I think Nokia should keep a good work on thier XpressMusic since it has a good response from users.

Nokia's new phone, to be claimed asNokia Xpressmusic with latest rumor involving the Nokia 5700 model as part of Nokia XpressMusic. Apparently, this model will combine Nokia 5300 with twisting Nokia 3250 to get a new XpressMusic mobile phone. I can't wait to see the model appear, if the rumour is true. Since this is just a rumour and far from official, I've got no word on pricing or release date but given the rather professional-looking stylized graphic here seemingly advertising the aforementioned model, our money is on it being real.

Residents of Rumorville claim that Nokia will be launching a new music phone in the near future that is inspired of the Nokia mobile phone 5300 and Nokia 3250's designs. Most probably known as the Nokia 5700, the top half consists of the design of Nokia 5300 XpressMusic, while the bottom half features the unique twisting design that is found on the Nokia 3250. According to the Nokia 5700 UAProfile, the Nokia 5700 is indeed exist and will be running S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1.It is maybe some of Nokia strategies against new Sony Erricsson Walkman's arrival like Symbian Walkman phone Sony Erricsson W880, W888 and W610.

Look at the picture sketch, phone you'll see a media playback/camera button in the middle of the bottom portion. Closer inspection of the drawing shows a separation between the bottom portion and the top, allowing for a twisting like Nokia 3250 special designl. Also, on the sides of this bottom portion is an indention for a camera, similar to the 3250. Will this new phone give a revolution on Nokia XpressMusic?

No clue as to whether it's S60 or S40, but it does have Quad-band GSM (finally becoming somewhat of a standard), EDGE, Bluetooth, and WCDMA (3G), though only one band. Battery is the BP-5M (some said battery that use on Nokia N95).

The Nokia 5300 is billed as a music phone, the latest attempt by the mobile giant to take a share (however small) of the MP3 player market. The 92.4 x 48.2 x 20.7 mm mobile is certainly a departure from the highly stylised black sleek fashion phones with its funky white with red stripes and strange rubberised buttons and grips.
First impressions count and when the Nokia 5300 arrived at the offices for review it drew a mixed reaction with those who liked the N80 and N72 suggesting this was a child's toy, yes because this phone is plasticky look but it is remainder feeling it was a bold design and a fresh approach. The 5300 is another slider phone with what feels like a rugged build quality and this model has a certain chunkiness about it which is in part helped by the rubberised buttons which feel industrial to the touch.

The screen is a decent size with a QVGA 320 x 240-pixel resolution and a very clear and bright display, the GUI is standard S40 stuff but for a non smartphone this is about the best Nokia have to offer. As a basic everyday phone the tri band system seems good enough and our tests proved that it held calls like a mobile Jack Russell. The full range of data service are available with HSCSD/CSD and GPRS and these combined with basic PIM functions of the Series 40 operating system mean you can pick up email and browse the web. although the 5300 isn't exactly a phone for business.

You'd look pretty weird with the humbug inspired design phone clamped to your ear in the boardroom. Instead the device is clearly targeted at the teenage market where multimedia and games combined with messaging are king. Multimedia and the express music phone is this models big selling point and support for MP3, Midi, AAC, AAC+, ACC+, and WMA formats make for a powerful media device that can play non DRM iTunes tracks along with MP3 and files from Windows Media player. This sadly is where Nokia get it a little wrong when compared to the Walkman branded mobiles from Sony Ericsson. the 5300 does not come with an internal hard drive and the internal storage that is free for users is a measly 5mb, barely enough to store 1 track encoded at 192kbps.

Instead Nokia rely entirely on the microSD card slot and the provided 256mb card for all the multimedia storage, this seems a bit daft given all the heavy promotion. You can specify a 2gb card although this will set you back between £35 and £40. Should you exhaust your MP3 collection there is always the standard Nokia FM radio.
Operation of the media player is simple through use of the dedicated buttons alongside the screen, these allow you to skip / play and pause easily as well as adjust the volume level. Used in conjunction with the excellent media player GUI it is almost as easy to use as the Sony Ericsson W850i but neither come close to being an iPod. You also get a 1.3 mega pixel camera mounted in the rear of the phone which can take both pictures and short videos, the latter of which can be used as ringtones.

A strange and highly annoying decision for a music phone is Nokia's instance of providing a headset that requires its own plug system and not providing a standard 3.5m jack socket. So we were forced to perform all of our tests using the HS-47 headset supplied with the 5300 or to use the adaptor block to use standard earphones. Once again a compromise between either mediocre sounds or extra bulk and another "extra" that is easily lost.
In part this explains the average results from our review of the media player, the software is good as we have seen in previous models with an intuitive GUI and quick access in a logical layout to the stored tracks. The let down is the sound quality which sounds decidedly flat even when testing using Fatboy Slim tracks which are not normally "flat". On the Nokia earphones it sounds pretty bad and nothing like a good MP3 player, using our Shure E2C's and the adaptor things get a bit better but mp3 standard software provided by Nokia, 5300 fails to drive them properly not like Walkman phone by Sony Erricson headphone.
The last element we checked was the battery life, standby is quite good if you remain in a reasonable coverage area with more than 2 bars shown, we got close on 4 days with minimal calls and the music player will run for around 14 hours before killing the battery.
Overall the Nokia 5300 music phone is a mixed bag, as a phone it is a bit chunky and the styling will not be to all tastes. As a music player it works well but is let down by limited storage provided on microSD and the failure (yet again) to house a native 3.5mm stereo jack on the phone, instead relying on extra adaptors. A shame really as the crown of the "ultimate walkman phone" is still up for grabs.

Nokia has released a special edition of their mobile music phone, the Nokia 3250. The new limited edition of Nokia 3250 WESC offers all the features of the original 3250 (support 1GB storage, dedicated music buttons, 2 megapixel camera), but has been given a makeover by fashion company WESC (We Are the Superlative Conspiracy). Principally, this means a new world design painted on the back of the phone, but WESC have also pre-loaded the Nokia 3250 with a digital version of the WESC Travel Guide. Nokia's partnership with WESC will continue with other products in the future, and so they seem to be following the same path as Motorola, who are always keen to partner with other firms they see as being hip (Oakley,Apple, Burton, etc.). Only 500 of the new Nokia 3250 WESC phones will be sold, this is mean it's a limited edition of Nokia 3250 mobile phone, though, Nokia are aiming for the exclusivity factor to give the new phone some added cool and stylish design.

The Nokia 3250 WESC mobile handset has been packed in a Nokia WESC Limited Edition Travel Kit. The package comes with a memory card and a digital version of the WESC Travel Guide. The package also contains other useful tools for the trip such as eye-mask, passport-case, printed travel guide from WESC, headphones from Sennheiser as well as a spare skateboard wheel from Stereo Skateboards.

By turning the Nokia 3250 keyboard 180 degrees, the user can easily switch between the music controls and the telephone buttons. Actually,I'm still in learning progress in using Nokia 60 siries model especially my Nokia 3250.Maybe you will face the same problem as I face if you're new but don't worry,there are contai useful guide book in sales package when you are about to buying Nokia 3250.

Good News For Nokia 3250 Users

The only one problem facin by Nokia 3250 users is that when the phone hang for more than one minute when sending message. For that reason, all current used applications like music player, will be stop for a while waiting for the massege is sending. This is botherd when used the phone application. But rcently, Nokia has launched a software, special to solve the Nokia 3250's hang problem when sending message. The software is SMS Accelerator. Download this software to you Nokia 3250 via USB cable, bluetooth or card reader. And enjoy yor phone function meanwhile message to other. The software size is just 2.9 KB. Formating Memory Phone & Card

For the first time,I cannot find where the memory card slot were placed.But when I reffered to the guide book,I'd finally found where the memory card were placed.It is supported Hot Swap Slot which is mean you don't need to switch the phone off to removed the memory card.To rmoved the memory card,just press the power button (don't hold,just press once) and select removed memory card,then press ok after you removed the memory card.
To check memory card memory,go to Menu>Organizer>Memory Card>Memory Detail.
Warning:Don't format the memory card if it's contain important data such as picture,track,video or other data.Formatted it make all memory or data lost.Bur sometime you'll need to formartted it if has a problem such as infected by viruses, always hang because of unmanaged memory files or other reason.But if you are still want to format the memory card, you need to save the data in the computer.But I still didn't try to formating the memory card myself like this.

At the time just recent I'm using Nokia 3250, the phone always hang when I'm proceed to menu or when I'm sending a message especially when the message contain nore than 500 message (my inbox ever reach to 1500 message).sometime also,the phone can atoumatically switch off even I didn't did so.It the problems I'd face at that time.
Finally,I try to format the phone memory by press *#7370# (the battery must be full to operate it) .It is work!The phone finally not hang as always happen.But remember to back-up the phone memory to memory card before formatting the phone memory.After you finish formatted,you'll see the phone back to the original setting like the first time you switch the phone on after buying, and all data saved were lost/formatted.Then you back-up back the phone memory from memory dard to phone memory to save back the phone data such as contac number,messages or other data saved on the phone.Finally your phone formatted and will not hang as usual.But you need to change the setting back if you desired to make operate in original setting before formating the memory card.

Nokia PC Suite

Bluetooth

Bluetooth is a function to share or send files to other devices.It can send files in 10 metre range.Usually,bluetooth is using when the other devices that might received bluetooth files is nearby.Bluetooth also practical to use when sending a large files such as video.It is because, sending through MMS has a limited file size that can be send (depend on local network service provider).
You also can send several files at one time by mark all the files that you want to send,then send it to the other devices.Even to complete sending the file in so long length time,the files is just send once.

Currently,there are no specific software that officially announced by Nokia Corporation for Nokia 3250.It is maybe will coming soon for most siutable software designely for Nokia 3250.But there are some software maybe compatible with Nokia 3250.Go All About SymbianWebsite if you want to buy or trying download software of Nokia 3250.But remeber while installing the software, removed the software that contain warning when installing the software that harmful to the phone.Only try the software taht can view the detail and compatible with the phone.

Nokia CD-ROM included in Nokia 3250 sales packages. The CD contains software like video and image converter,Nokia PC suite. Nokia video converter is useful when you need to insert another video format onto Nokia 3250. For example, I convert some awesome punk music videos into my nokia 3250. It is because the original format of the videos is unreadable in my Nokia 3250 and need to convert to change the format into 3GP that support by the phone.

But before you can use some of the softwares, you need to install the software uttilities to your PC into my Nokia 3250.

Recently bought 3250 and I could say that 3250 has a great music and camera feature with unique design.It can be twist more than 180 degree to activated 3 modes that is in communication mode,camera mode and music player mode.It has a great style in design fully complete feature as a phone.I,really satisfied to own 3250,combine with the price and feature,it’s really great.Didn’t you wanna have one?

It’s cool to have my own Nokia 3250.It’s relevant to own the phone with the cool feature combine with the price,affordable for me to have(I’m still syudying) one.Nokia 3250 I suggest for youth whom love entertainment.And don’t forget,its a smartphone!!Operate with Symbian OS 9.1 in family of 3rd Edition s60.

Nokia 3250 is a phone specilly design for whom those love in entertainment.With abilty to play so many type of music format,it also has a cool 2 megapixels camera and of course has a video function.Not like other Nokia phone,it has a special designed when the lower part of the phone can be twist from normal mode to music player mode.Simply cool,isn’t it?

This model was manufactured by Nokia and has released April 2006.It is build in same plartform with N91 under Xpress Music family.That is mean that 3250 is specailly made as music player(I think Nokia try to face a batlle with Sony Ericsson’s Walkman phone).This model I think more similar to Sony Ericsson Walkman Phone,W810i in part of shape and design.Except,W810i cannot be twist as Nokia 3250.I’m not going to compare both the model,but just to see which model Nokia 3250 is similar to.Look to the picture below.

Designly look,both model look same.But the size,Nokia 3250 is a bit bigger than W810i.But the mainly aim for those two model is hanphone music player.W810i is family of Sony Ericsson’sWalkman handphone while Nokia 3250 as part of Nokia Xpress Music.Accidentally,the time of releasing those two model is almost same in date.The price?I’ve ever survey those two model in my area,it is has no big gap.the function also almost same,both has 2 megapixels camera,quality of sound both really great.so,which one would you choose?

My First Impression On Nokia 3250

As I said before,Nokia 3250 is not my aim point phone.But, I attracted to Nokia 3250 when I buy Ering megazine.I buy this megazine actually to made some compare several phone (including Sony Ericsson K750i and Nokia 6680) and of course to change my old phone…haha…At that time nokia 3250 is the newest Nokia phone.But something special I see on this model,it can be twist.Like Nokia N90,but I think twisting Nokia 3250 is more easier than N90 one.

My first looking on Nokia 3250 is not the function itself,but design it has.I like that type of design which is when to use camera and song player function just twist it.Cool when you twist it in camera mode,you’ll see it like a camera digital,because when you going to camera mode the viewfinder screen is horizontal,it like using camera digital.really cool,isn’t it?

When the model is going music player mode it is look like a big mp3 player.Just simply twist Nokia 3250 from communication mode to music mode about 180 degree youl get the 3250 in music mode with easy basic function,with play/pause,stop,forward and rewind button.It is easy.
On that time,I just thinking only Nokia 3250 phone and still find how it rel looking.I’m going to the city (not Tandek…hehe….) to find that type of Nokia model.And I’m want to make survey other phone to.I’m find a really good phone combine with really good price.As a result,I finally found Nokia 3250 at one phone shop.I’m try to rotate and twist the phone several time and it just 115 gram I think,not as Nokia announced,130 gram.I’m comfort with it shape,weight and size.

Function?I think it is great for a entertainment lovers.Especially in music function,not just the navigation key is easier to manage,but the sound are really good quality.Let me tell you back,this model is under Xpress Music Nokia,junior of N91.Even if the design were innovate from Nokia 3230,I think it is far more good than Nokia 3230 in this aspect,sound quality.Just the navigation,menu key were same to several feature.Nokia work for music lover.
Without hesitation,I just take it back (of course I buy it) and finally I got my target phone.My Nokia 3250 is silver in keypad and screen frame colour.There are just four optional colour of Nokia 3250 at this time I write this page.Maybe on the future,the optional will be more wide.

All Side Of Nokia 3250 Design

With size in length 103.8 mm,width 50 mm,thickness 19.8 mm and weight 115 g,it is not really big phone compare to other phone on same platform like N91,N80 or N71.The shape of the phone is pleasent to be hold.The thickness were medium but for me it’s not bothered me anymore.If you see the back of the phone,you will see four button which can be use to play/pause,forward,rewind and stop button in music player mode.Also,it can be use in camera mode to capture picture or a video.In normal mode (communication mode) it is like other phone,but as you know it can be rotate as shortcut to camera mode and music player mode.

While you going in camera mode,you can use the object viewfinder in horizontal.The camera lens is placed in below part of the phone,on left side.You not just can use the camera to taking picture in front of you,but it can act as a mirror if you twist the camera facing to you.This function make you easy to take picture yourself.The camera which is has 2 megapixels camera will satisfied you if you’re not high demand in camera function.

Actually,Nokia 3250 were a new innnovation from Nokia 3230.That is why you can see the menu and navigation key are really same.But there are so many part of those two phone have a big difference.I’m comfort in using Nokia 3250’s keypad than Nokia 3230’s keypad.For example,keypad of Nokia 3250 is more soft than Nokia 3230.Also,the the camera place both of the model is different too.Nokia 3230 camera placed in back of the phone over the top,while a camera of Nokia 3250 is placed over the low part of the phone,side of left the phone.

The USB connection (pop-port connection) is located on right of the phone.The connector prt also is use to connecting a headset when listening to music privately.While you heard to music in loudspeaker,the speaker phone is located in low part of the phone (it is under the phone).The quality of sound were very high rate for me.Of course,Nokia 3250 is a Nokia music phone like N91,N80.But the quality of the sound will decrease when the volume is 80% to full volume,not like Nokia N91,the sound still good even the volume is full.The top of the phone is a power button or profile and memory card removed shortcard button.Press once,the shortcut will appear or press and hold the buttton the phone will off.

Memory card of the Nokia 3250 can be found when you twist the lower part of the phone about 90 degree,and you can found the memory slot.Nokia 3250 has a Hot Swap Slot.Which is mean,the model don’t need to removed the batttery to removed the memory card.Even the internal memory of Nokia 3250 only 10 MB,it can support 1GB microSD memory.

When you twist the phone,you will be able to use two mode.Twist 90 degree going to camera mode.Twist 180 degree will going to musi player mode.In camera mode,a shortcut button to take a picture is a play button.To zoom in the image,use forward button while you zoom it out,just press rewind button.While the phone on camera mode,you can take a video by push the navigation key to the right.Use play button to start record and stop button to stop recording.To zoom in or zoom out,just press forward or rewind key.
The music key on Nokia 3250 use a basic button to play music.To play or pause a track,press play/button,to rewind or forward to the next track press rewind or forward buttton once.While a track is playing,press and hold forward button will forwarding track and,press and hold the rewind button will rewarding the track.

Nokia 3250 menu as like many other Nokia s60 can being choose whether as grid or listing viewing.While on standbye mode,you can choose to on or off the standby mode.The display is use as a shortcut to the menu while on a standby.The themes are changeable,according to what contain in memory card or phone memory.The first time I got Nokia 3250 in my hand, there are five kind of themes,three available on a memory card while two on phone memory.

The track is sort by so many type,from all track,genre,artist,track list,composer and album.As a music phone,it has the equalizer function to being choose like rock,pop,classical,H2-0,jazz and even make your equalizer yourself.This is available in audio setting.Beside that,you could also choose audio reverb effect such as alley,small room,medium,big and large room or you just off it.You can off or on the bass.

It also has a basic phone organizer,plus it is a smartphone (I don’t really know what smatphone term to define is) surely it is more advance in organizing something like to sign that a day has an important event.The converter software also contain to convert measurement such as yard to meter,and so on.Everyone whom love travelling internationally don’t need to define time by seaching accurate time manually.You just go to menu> organizer> clock and push the right key> option and add city.

Nokia 3250 support video format like 3gp and mpeg.Nokia has a Flash Player and Real Player software to play video.Other than has a video player function,Nokia 3250 also has video editor to create a new video by editting the video exist in the files.Your editting work is based on your creativity.
